GUIDE FOR APPLYING FOR STAFF ON CHIBIPAWS

A Chibipaws Staff Member: There's nothing better in the world to be (or is there?). Anywho, Being a staff member is no easy feat to accomplish. You've gotta be nice, fair to everyone, and have a little or a lot of experience (depending on what position you want). Let's go through the different positions that someone can apply for, and the requirements for each. REMEMBER: There's only a certain number of spots open for each position.

Moderator: Your account must be atleast 30 days old and you must have atleast 50 posts on the forums before you can apply to be a Moderator. BUT, don't spam the forums to get your 50 posts. You'll never be accepted if you spam, you'll just get warned by the staff, and it'll just ruin your chances of getting accepted. You also must stick to the Terms and Conditions and understand them pretty well. Knowing the T&C will help you sniff out problems on the site/forums/whatnot. Remember: Any official warnings you have recieved WILL be reviewed and will be taken into consideration with your Application.

Avatar Artist: Your account must be atleast 30 days old and you must have atleast 50 posts on the forums before you can apply to be a Moderator. BUT, don't spam the forums to get your 50 posts. You have to be friendly, and be able to provide around five avatars a week or so (it varies). You probably should provide good quality avatar examples in your application to better help your chances at being an avatar artist.

Simple Artist: Your account must be atleast 30 days old and you must have atleast 50 posts on the forums before you can apply to be a Moderator. BUT, don't spam the forums to get your 50 posts. Programmer: This is a new position. You must have posted atleast ONCE in the forums. HTML knowlege is recommended. PHP is required knowlege. Don't send in an application if you don't know any PHP. [This is a PAID position!! -gasp-]

User Admin: (You can't actually apply for this one) I'm pretty sure Jared picks you himself. He has in the past asked the other members of the staff for a polled decision. The best thing to do is just be nice and respectful of the rules. I'm also pretty sure he chooses current staff to be a User Admin, and then opens up one of the lesser positions. All the UA's that are currently there have been moderators previously.

Please take all these conditions into consideration if you are thinking of wanting to become a staff member of Chibipaws.

Remember, not everyone can be a staff member, and begging won't help your cause at all. =) You'll probably hurt your chances if you beg and be obnoxious about it. Thanks for reading all of this and the best of luck to you and your application!
