Job Descriptions

So you want to become a ChibiCorner staff member? Great! Here is a list of the positions and a short description of their jobs! A strike through the position name means it is not available!

Owner: The owner is responsible for keeping the site up-to-date and running smoothly. They keep all files and pages maintained properly, and they are "in charge". Lia is the owner.

Co-Owner: The co-owner is responsible for any odd task on the site that needs to be done. They update the news on the front page as needed, and is just all around a runner and a chameleon. Shinjii (aka. Riku, Xemnas) is the co-owner.

Admin: The Admin helps the owner and co-owner by running the IRC. They have the final say in any punishment handed down for inappropriate behavior found there if and when the owner/co-owner is not available. They also do other odd jobs around the site when needed/they see fit/feel like it. Zee is the admin.

Writer: Writers help the site by looking out for our spelling mistakes! They're also the go-to's when something needs to be worded in a certain way, or if someone has a question about grammar or spelling in general. Luffy & Ay are writers.

Artist: Artists are responsible for creating all of the art you see on ChibiCorner. Glitters, adoptables, the art you find in guides...if it's not from ChibiPaws, our artists drew it! Shinjii (aka. Riku, Xemnas), Bloo, Makeira & Kairi are artists.

Guide Writer: Guide writers...write...guides? ChibiCorner is 85% guides, and so these staff members are responsible for thinking of an idea for a guide, creating one and submitting it for addition to the site. Illu & Kirin are a guide writers.

Coder: Coders are responsible for helping Lia code the more complicated issues of the site. A little PHP knowledge is required for this position. Advanced HTML and CSS is required for this position. Austin is the Coder.

IRC Operator: IRC ops help keep the channel running. They are responsible for being sure that our chatters follow the rules, and know the rules! There are no IRC Operators currently.

IRC Half-Operator: IRC half-ops are back ups for the IRC ops. They have the same job and powers as an IRC op. Kairyu is the IRC Half-Operator.
